When you apply for financing you give us information about you and your business: your name, email address and phone number, the legal name, address, start date and tax identification of your business, the amount you are requesting, ownership details including a date of birth and Social Security number for each owner, and the bank statements you upload. When you send a partner inquiry you give us contact details and figures about your organisation. The website also records the pages you visit and the address your device connects from.
How we use it
We use application information to evaluate a request for financing, to contact you about it, and to prepare the offer and agreement when a request is approved. We use partner inquiries to decide whether to work together and to reply to you. We use website records to keep the site working and secure.
Who we share it with
We share application information with the funding sources and service providers who help us evaluate, fund and service a financing request, and with the people who process payments and store documents on our behalf. We share it when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
Calls and messages
If you give us your phone number you agree that we and our partners may call or text you about your inquiry or application, including with automated dialling and prerecorded messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or by emailing admin@worldwidefundingllc.com.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for as long as the law and our funding partners require, and website records for as long as they are needed to keep the site secure.
Your choices
